Submission for the position: Exec Director, Value and Access Rainmaker- Evidera - (Job Number: 170173)An experienced Value and Access consultant with strong business development experience and interested in helping grow a new Market Access business at Evidera/PPD. Expected to contribute to the leadership of the global team in developing a cohesive strategy for the Market Access Consulting business line. Work in conjunction with Evidera and PPD teams to develop new client relationships, explore and develop new product offerings, develop sales pipeline and deliver $2-3M in annual revenue.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Strategic & Financial LeadershipTake part in designing the strategy for growth of the Market Access business globally.Grow Market Access business with existing clients, build new client relationships and generate new business with key clients.Support development of Evidera’s presence in the area of Market Access Consulting.Collaborate with the senior leaders to build out a differentiating suite of offerings.Collaborate with senior leaders on the global business strategy in place. Provide in-depth knowledge of global markets to identify and develop new business opportunities to support practice area’s sales and revenue targets.Work with clients to identify and address Market Access needs based on subject matter expertise and create/identify opportunities to offer broader and integrated offerings across Evidera and PPD.Provide thought leadership that may include the establishment and continued development of relationships with key non-client organizations, development of relevant publications, and presentations at relevant conferences.Services, Business Development & DeliveryHelp in developing unique end-to-end integrated evidence solutions for targeted clients founded on core market access capabilities and Evidera/PPD domain expertise.Deliver integrated solutions for clients through leading innovations in evidence strategy and generation, value creation, health technology assessments and pricing and reimbursement.Drive and deliver differentiated strategies to optimize client commercial success.Collaborate in the creation of a set of Market Access solutions that sets industry standards for excellence and innovation.Define and deliver offerings to reflect the combined value evidence (HEOR, RWE) and Market Access expertise across Evidera, to leverage the earlier point of Market Access engagement to generate pull-through business.Develop and maintain relationships with payers, KOLs, clients, and vendors to have an accessible network for projects, identify and actualize opportunities to expand Evidera’s Market Access activities, and develop Evidera’s footprint in the industry.Create cross-practice project opportunities and liaise with local and global teams to explore common opportunities and contribute to joint business development.Create own opportunities for business development.Creates and supports an environment characterized by enduring client relationships and excellence in delivery.Defines robust sales and marketing strategy required to support annual plan and ambitions for growth.This includes: Setting business development priorities and developing account plans to optimize existing relationships and encourage new customer opportunity streamsEstablishing and monitoring sales targets for senior leadersForging close collaboration with Commercial teams to facilitate sales goalsEnsuring selling is facilitated by differentiated market positioning, compelling marketing materials, and regular external evidence of Thought Leadership.Collaboration:Serve as a key contributor for the integration of Market Access activities with evidence generation capabilities such as peri and post approval studies.Support clients through the entire continuum of value deliverables from concept to launch.Lead all phases of project delivery, which include appropriate client liaison; strategic guidance; content expertise; internal team leadership; quality control.Develop and agree the appropriate process and methodology for the projects in hand; including the development or improvement of existing proposal templates.Leads by example, setting a tone of cross-practice collaboration and innovative thinking on how Evidera can solve a broad range of customer problems.Managerial Duties:Collaborate with senior leadership in identifying and growing new talent, while providing professional development and support for existing staff.Maintain personnel responsibility including hiring, coaching, performance management and employee relations for the team.An experienced Value and Access consultant with strong business development experience and interested in helping grow a new Market Access business at Evidera/PPD.
