Project Manager IRT Client Services (CSPM)

IQVIA have recently opened up a number of new positions to be based in our Nottingham office working with our dedicated IRT and eClinical Technology team. As the team expands and grows we are looking to add to our Project Management team.

The main purpose of this role is to manage the assigned IRT studies and programs in a way that ensures all patients get the right study and data integrity are maintained from study go live to close out.

It will be important to develop the relationship with the client while the study is ongoing and in such a way that they look to IQVIA as trusted partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as main point of contact for clients during study maintenance
  • Organise and participate in regular client meetings
  • Respond to to Client challenges and requests
  • Manage data changes and client requests.
  • Support helpdesk queries with resolutions.

There are some Key Skills that will lead you to being a successful PM within the team;

Leadership - being a leader in the study to support the team and manage the client needs. Team Work

Team Work -Working with APMs and others to write study guidelines and deliver the projects assigned.

Attention to detail - Being able to investigate issues and manage them through to resolution.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 4+ Years of Clinical Research or PM experience
  • Experience in working in IRT and eClinical Technology.
