Practice Leader, Patient Support & Nursing Services

Responsible for the growth and oversight of the patient support and nursing functions within our contract sales and medical solutions business line.  This role will oversee existing teams providing patient support and nursing services, ensuring the quality of our delivery to clients.  In addition, this role will lead efforts to expand the practice through client relationships, business development, new offering development, collaboration with marketing, and thought leadership.  The practice leader will be a member of the CSMS management team and will work with colleagues to drive growth, profitability, maintain a dynamic and high performance culture, and exceed client expectations.

•    Oversee a P&L in excess of $150m per year
•    Drive sales to promote revenue growth of over 10% per year
•    Develop new offerings to continually maintain industry leadership
•    Oversee delivery of the teams performing nursing and patient support services in the field (or remotely).  Assist leaders to stand up teams and operate as escalation point for any delivery components.
•    Leverage subject matter expertise to develop thought leadership and innovation in the market, including novel methods of measuring engagement success
•    Collaborate with sales resources to position offerings, provide client materials, establish and maintain pricing structures.  Establish case studies and reference network for re-use.
•    Collaborate with operations to meet project staffing needs including identifying project leaders and attracting resources.
•    Partner with other leaders throughout the organization building patient engagement and support services to establish integrated offerings and market positioning.
•    Analyze and implement technology infrastructure and digital solutions in order to support the continued growth of these solutions.  Identify and build business cases for technology investment.
•    Identify and execute partnership and acquisition strategies as appropriate to meet long term objectives.  
•    Operate as a subject matter expert on developments within the landscape of patient engagement, patient services, and nursing / phlebotomy support services on behalf of pharma/ biotech manufacturers.
