Job Duties
Key components of the responsibilities are as mentioned below:
•Technical Managers who can help team with discussions, decisions and troubleshooting.
Agile experience and scrum master
Can drive scrum teams with dependencies on other scrum teams Manages projects from pre-sales, scope definition to deployment; and understands client requirements & procedures.
• Provide design, development and implementation of new software and systems
• Gather requirements and translate them into use cases and finally into technical
specification document.
• Problem investigation, analysis, development, testing and implementation.
• Providing accurate effort estimation of the tasks assigned.
• Expert knowledge with microservices framework on AWS (VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, EC2) or Heroku
• Strong knowledge and experience of OOP, OOAD and Design Pattern concepts
• Understanding of latest data platforms (Relational, NoSQL, Big-Data, columnar) and design patterns like data lake
• Well versed with Dev Ops, no touch deployment preferably using Gitlab 
• Create and maintain project management artifacts deliverables including project plans
(using MPP), resource plans, budget trackers, governance plans, kickoff presentations,
project induction plans, cutover plans etc.
• Align technical skills with business requirements, provide staff mentoring and
development and ensure required training is complete
• Maintains work break down (WBS) structure directly or through leads to track status at
more granular level
• Compile & maintain deliverable repositories for project documents & best practices;
support project team members on the use of deliverable templates
• Establish project communication model; Conducts periodic meetings with team to
understand pulse of the project and day to day actions
• Helps the team in troubleshooting and resolving the technical issues
• Efficiently identifies and solves / mitigates project issues / risks / contingency planning
• Performs team assessments and evaluations
• Partner with internal business teams in developing product roadmaps
• International travel readiness, work hours that overlap global client location Time-zones

Essentials
• Have managed minimum 2 large sized enterprise projects of minimum 1 year duration
• Have managed a technical team of 5+ members (direct reports in a project setting)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact
professionally with a diverse group including client executives, managers, and subject
matter experts.
• Excellent financial and budget management skills (e.g. planning, budgeting, resource
allocation)
• Effective change management and leadership skills, project communication, stakeholder
expectation management. Strong analytical skills required
• Ability to translate the business vision into technology deliverables
• Ability to make effective presentations to senior and middle management
• Strong systems aptitude and ability to define/map business requirements.
• Ability to prioritize and manage projects and adapt to changes in priority efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and operate under stringent
deadlines.
