Job Overview
Under broad guidance provides technical assistance and handssupport to maintain, troubleshoot and manage enterprise hardware and Software solutions.

Essential Functions
• Monitors the health, operating efficiency and scalability of productionsystems across multiple clients.
• Installs, maintains and upgrades internal and external computer hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate with other IT and non-IT groups to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions based on business need.
• Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.

• Trains personnel on system usage.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Prefor 2 - 5 years of related experience
