Parexel is hiring a Senior Analyst to join our global IT Security Engagement team. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the business and technical teams, to elicit, refine and document requirements (ex. functional requirements, user stories and specifications) in a manner that both reflects the true need of the business, and holistically and comprehensively outlines the solution need for IT leads, architects, and developers.

Key Accountabilities:With a continuous improvement mindset, the Senior Analyst will look for opportunities to refine processes, tools, techniques, and standards, creating efficiency within the Business Analysis process while delivering concise, complete, and comprehensible requirements for features, functions, and behaviors of the needed solution(s).Collaborate with IAM engineers to ensure Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) is managed efficiently Engage in onboarding applications to a centralized access administration tool and automate user provisioning and de-provisioning process wherever possible Co-ordinate application onboarding activities by engaging application teams, identity engineering teams, Quality analysts and other key stakeholders Involve in design discussions to determine the integration models and development of custom connectors to provide automation capabilityConduct working sessions with enterprise application teams, enterprise architects, identity engineers to collect roles, permissions, approval workflow, integration models to automate access provisioning process.Manage Access Governance and Certification processes, conduct access reviews by initiating the periodic access review process and supported security auditPerform planning and analysis for kicking of Privileged Access review, created re-usable communication templates Create Requirement specification for Privileged Account Management and Identity Modernization engagements Perform planning and analysis for Role Based Access Control initiativeUnderstand and refine a Role Based Security framework.
