IMPORTANT:   In order to be considered for this position, a resume/CV must be uploaded and submitted during the application process.  Please make sure work history and education are added correctly.    Job Summary The Client Experience and Corporate Marketing team is seeking a Project Manager to help lead strategic client initiative and be capable of managing complex tasks and projects, assist with change management efforts and help to build communications.

Strongly prefer candidates with a PMP certificate (Project Management Professional)

 

 

•    Manage highly visible (internal/external), complex tasks and projects

•    Lead and drive organizational change management efforts 

•    Partner with Communications department to deliver on-time, accurate and high-quality messaging

•    Determine resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

•    Prepare and own budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

•    Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

•    Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

•    Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

  Job Qualifications

  BS/BA degree in a related field. 10-15 years of project management experience, within Corporate Functions.  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Experience in writing original content. Experience in managing Change Management processes.  Aligned to the CRL values of Care, Lead, Own and Collaborate Proven ability to solve problems creatively. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Corporate Functions provide operational support across Charles River in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, IT, Legal, Sales, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Corporate Development. They partner with their colleagues across the company to develop and drive strategies and to set global standards. The functions are essential to providing a bridge between strategic vision and operational readiness, to ensure ongoing functional innovation and capability improvement.
