This position is based in Uppsala, where Thermo Fisher develop, manufacture, and market complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases. Role:

Educational & Research Grant Specialist (ERGS) is responsible to facilitate the grant evaluation process for educational and research grants within IDD. Handling grant application requests through data compilation and support for final reporting to MedTech Europe and equivalent regional / country specific transparency reporting authorities. ERGS will work closely with colleagues from within the Medical & Scientific Affairs Team and cross-functionally with Regional Compliance Specialists, R&D and Legal. The ERGS might be assigned other administrative tasks depending on the workload with grant applications.

Job Requirements:

Ideally a BA

Take ownership, be self reliant

2-3 år erfarenhet

Exepreince in admin work

Communication skills

Fluent in Swedish and English

Key Responsibilities:

  • includes pre-assessment, organization of grant evaluation committee meetings, communication with healthcare organisations (HCOs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • ), writing up contract and documentation of all required steps for internal and external reporting
  • ERGS will continue to implement tools to document, approve and track interactions with HCPs

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • The right candidate is self-motivated and results oriented individual with well-developed analytical skills and the ability to work with multiple projects concurrently
  • High communication skills with the ability to communicate openly with all levels of the organization
  • Detail oriented, hands-on high-energy style
  • Results oriented
  • Experience in working within a global multi-site organization
  • Professional English language skills
