Design, develop, & deliver advanced analytics projects such as machine learning predictive models, customer segmentation, Sales Operations, Forecasting and Sales Force Sizing. Leverage understanding of healthcare data & technical tools  to analyze & identify client needs & develop client specific solutions. Provide data driven analytical and strategic recommendations to address business needs. Ensure that deliverable quality & client satisfaction is achieved. Proactively develop broader & deeper knowledge of technology/services solutions & trends for the pharmaceutical/healthcare market. Use Business Analytics and Business Intelligence ecosystem & health care data such as EMR/EHR, claims & laboratory data. Manage work streams, lead projects & drive them to on-time completion.  Must have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field & 4 yrs. exp w/Excel/VBA, SAS, SQL, Tableau & consulting services.
