This is an excellent opportunity for a Director or Senior Director with exposure to research sites and networks to play an implemental role in driving our organisation towards success. This role will suit an entrepreneurial and innovative leader who will be an integral part of building a world class premier oncology site network.

The Senior Director - Oncology Site Network Development will report to the CEO and be primarily responsible for the project management, process oversight and timelines for expanding the Global Oncology Site Network business across the US. Strong collaboration, project management and change management skills are required to support the identification of new site targets and onboarding those sites into the Global Oncology Site Network. You will also manage Senior Managers in the US within the Site Network Development department.

Main Responsibilities: Conduct and oversee comprehensive research into the oncology landscape across EMEA and the US, developing an overarching strategic network development plan. Global experience will be beneficial to the role.Identify Research Sites, Investigators and Health Institutes for potential inclusion into our Global Oncology Site Network.Conduct relevant due diligence and support the on-boarding of sites for incorporation into our Global Oncology Site Network.Develop excellent relationships with sites that have been brought into our Global Oncology Site Network, monitoring achievement and satisfaction levels.Report to the CEO on all aspects of the development of our Global Oncology Site Network across the US.Be able to confidently project the benefits of our Global Oncology Site Network to research sites and present them with a compelling value proposition.Manage the Senior Managers and staff within the US Oncology Site Network Development Team.

To succeed you will need: Significant experience in the Clinical Research Industry with exposure to Research Sites in US/CAN/EMEA.Strong experience with Research Sites, CROs, Pharma companies and Health Institutes.Possesses executive presence. Capable of establishing immediate credibility with business partners internal and external, to our Global Oncology Network to build consensus and achieve goals through influence and negotiations.Proven track record at managing large scale change management programs.Experienced in delivering presentations at conferences, client meetings and training sessions.Ability to liaise and work well with professionals across departments including executive management, senior functional leaders and clinical project teams.Ability to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
