We are continually pushing each other to improve our solutions and are in search of Associate Project Managers to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our training solutions. 

About the Associate Project Manager
This role would manage delivery of our Site Training Solutions supporting clinical trials and Global Marketing Events supporting our Global Business Unit Marketing colleagues.

The lynchpin of a delivery team, you would be project managing the deliverables against a specific scope of work. The Associate Project Manager may work with Strategy, Creative, Delivery and Marketing teams dependent on the project components and are responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, in budget and exceed expectations.   

We’ll look to this role for their project management expertise, good relational management skills and drive for quality delivery.

Oversee deliverables, which may include virtual engagements, content assets, face to face meetings and trade shows with direct responsibility for budgeting, driving timelines and ensuring quality control and an in-depth knowledge of specific client compliance requirements and preferences and IQVIA brand guidelines.

Act as a central point of contact for internal and external clients, keeping them updated on status, anticipating their requests and proactively managing solutions. 

This position is office-based with responsibility for multi-modal delivery and collaboration with a globally-distributed team at IQVIA and with our clients and healthcare professionals. 

Who You Are
Seasoned:
You have proven experience in project and relationship management demonstrating 3-5 years of delivering multi-faceted projects. You are proficient in project management platforms such as Smartsheet and MS Project. You strive to provide quality customer service and have exceptional attention to detail. Experience of working in Life Sciences and Marketing support roles is preferred.

Collaborative:
You have the desire to collaborate with a diverse global team and are interested in establishing relationships with team members, clients and vendors around the world. Asking questions comes naturally to you and you aren’t afraid of researching to find the answers.

Resourceful:
You may not know all the answers, but you have a proven track record of working through difficult challenges by independently researching potential directions, collaborating with others, and iterating to find solutions. Prioritizing projects, finding efficiencies, and improving processes are all part of your mindset. 

Adaptable
You continue to build on your project management skills by researching methodologies and keeping up with industry trends. You have the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting demanding deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
