AMAZING opportunity to join Parexel's incredible Regulatory & Access Consulting Team as a Project Specialist. The Project Specialist will work closely with the Project Managers on the Team and provide skilled, proactive project coordination for allocated projects to ensure efficient and effective handling of projects/programs within agreed priorities and time scales to the highest quality and with minimal supervision. The Project Specialist will also provide administrative support to assigned project teams and will document and assist with management of all timelines, durations, and completion statuses of deliverables. This individual will also provide administrative support to the Project Leadership team during any and all phases of the project (start-up, transition, steady state). The Project Specialist must be able to respond to the needs of the project team with respect to project planning, metrics tracking and invoicing and prioritize their workload and schedules to meet these needs.QualificationsAdministrative experience preferredPrevious experience with MS Office Suite to include advanced operations in MS Excel (experience with Pivot Tables, Macros, v-look ups, etc.)Accurate and detail-oriented with good organizational skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsMotivated to work in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitudeAbility to be flexible and assist others when requestedAbility to follow up on multiple tasks and projectsCapability of handling confidential mattersPast experience/familiarity with financial concepts (budget, forecast, backlog)Proficient use of English languageBachelor's Degree in a Scientific or Healthcare related field preferred; however, other disciplines ie.
