DOCS is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional with demonstrated People management and APACt leadership expertise in actively driving recruitment teams to successful delivery, coming from a CRO or recruitment agency with sector experience.

What you do?

A Senior and Strategic role in our business, you will have responsibility for a team of recruiters based across APAC and driving recruitment performance for Key DOCS clients, delivering against the placement budget and managing key metrics and will be responsible for:

Role:

* Provide leadership to the APAC Recruitment team, winning hearts and minds of APAC Recruitment team

* Acts as SPOC for DOCS Recruitment for APAC region

* Drive Recruitment operations: productivity, reduce TTF, quality metrics

* Develops and grows APAC recruiters, training and development

* Ensure cross border working as a team

* Commercial, measures RoI on attraction spend, seeks margin improvement,

* Provide and validates salaries for new client opportunities pricing for BD

* Reporting on performance, metrics,

* Point of escalation for Recruitment issues and responsible for successfully driving issue resolution

* Uses external market data and insight to support recruitment decisions

Responsibilities:

People:

* People Development, training, succession planning

* Weekly 121 with DRs

* Weekly team meeting

* 1/4ly Regional business updates

* Develop succession plans

* Performance management

Operations:

* Deliver against regional hiring targets

* Resolve sourcing challenges

* Increase productivity per recruiter

* Drive performance on key programs

* Ensure aging roles are below SLA requirements

* Identify best sourcing channels per country and measure RoI

* Point of contact for Recruitment challenges and drive solution

* Support /lead on global projects such as EVP

Commercial:

* Work with VP on hiring budget and track performance

* Measure RoI on all sourcing channels utilized - Seek new sourcing channels

* Identify margin improvement opportunities e.g. transfers of resources across programs, promotions of resources to new roles e.g. Snr CTA

* Understand margin per programs and per country

* Forecasting of placements per month

Market Insight:

* Understand countries trends and challenges

* Provide market rate for salaries

* Act as SPOC for Recruitment lead for APAC in client and BD meetings

Reporting:

* Track programs, teams, and individual's performance using Avature

Sourcing Hub:

* Leadership to sourcing team based in India

* Build on the Sourcing team capabilities

* Develop it as a centre of excellence for global recruitment

* Define its roles and responsibilities

* Define its measures of success

* Report on progress and activity

* Drive sourcing innovation and measure RoI

* Champion sourcing Hub globally

Group

* Build relationships within peers (Recruitment DIR) across operations, and the wider ICON (Ops, HR, marketing)

What you need?

You will need significant relevant experience within a CRO or Pharmaceutical environment including:

* Leadership experience of regional level, running large, complex matrix teams across geographies.

* Experience in running Recruitment Operations team

* Education: minimum of a bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
