Responsibilities:

  • Primary owner in development of new client multichannel engagements with responsibility for client satisfaction and strategic leadership in growing those opportunities organically

  • Identify new revenue opportunities within defined existing accounts by leveraging a solution-focused approach to identify client needs, issues

    • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of client’s strategies and business issues, developing key client relationships at all levels

    • Work with clients to define project needs and take a lead role in solution design/proposal development that aligns to client business strategy

  • Play a significant role in account planning and strategy, working with broader IQVIA Account and Solution Sales teams to position multichannel offerings as relevant to client success

  • Remain current on industry, client, and competitive trends and directions to anticipate and identify new business challenges and opportunities

  • Identify needs and issues of importance to the industry and our clients, work with the Client Solutions team to develop differentiated offerings as well as provide input for continual innovation of the offering suite

  • Contribute to the enhanced awareness the Multichannel practice in the marketplace through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering cross-functional solutions that address client needs and objectives

Education, Experience, Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 to 12 years of experience in consulting, services, and/or client-side roles focused on multichannel marketing. Master’s degree preferred.

  • In-depth and long-standing relationships with pharmaceutical companies and their key stakeholders (including but not limited to agencies, consulting firms, data providers, etc.) is required.

  • Subject Matter Expertise across multichannel disciplines including the development and execution of marketing strategies and supporting communications as well as media campaigns across consumer and healthcare campaigns is required.

    • Knowledge of the data management, suite of analytics services, marketing technology and patient-level data sets used to help discern the impact of those strategies and campaigns is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional teams throughout the client engagement lifecycle (pre to post sale, ongoing management, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills required

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) required. Experience with SalesForce is strongly preferred
