About the team

The PM&I BI FlexView Offering & Development Team sits within the Performance Management pillar as part of the Global Technology business vertical.

The team comprises a range of functions including Product Management, Development, Operational & Tech Support to Go To Market Execution.

Overview of the role

The role is an Assoc Offering Management Dir focused as a Implementation Manager  to roll out IQVIAs next Generation Business Intelligence Tool known as the ‘FlexView’.

The FlexView Vision:

  • Provide a single touch point for all clients to access IQVIA syndicated data assets based on their data subscriptions with innovative end to end reporting capabilities
  • Protect, maintain & grow the IQVIA Information business by enhancing current and bringing new innovative assets to the marketplace
  • Replace legacy IQVIA business intelligence tools & drive the change in perception of being a best in class Technology Company provider

The successful candidate will take responsibility to support the organizational goals:

  • Developing out a best class BI capability to accommodate IQVIA syndicated data assets that provide customers with a unique user experience
  • Drive cadence around existing & new countries to on-board, load existing/new assets with a clear defined roll-out plan & supporting documentation
  • Enhance the GTM execution experience with new materials & learnings that will help Countries migrate from legacy & drive local revenues
  • Expand further and build upon processes/teams that will ensure the FlexView is and remains credible & the tool of choice for our countries and their customers
  • Support company strategic objectives such as sunset of legacy BI tools

They will interact with colleagues & customer at a global and local level and gain exposure to a truly multi-cultural and collaborative work environment.


Principal accountabilities

  • Product Management – Feed into the Product Road Map by gaining client/country feedback to drive innovation through a governed approach.
  • Country Implementations – drive project governance/cadence/readiness/productisation/GTM execution for the FlexView at the BU/Country level
  • Migration of Legacy BI Tools - identify operational implications of sun-setting legacy BI tools & support the migration plan for each Country
  • Identify new innovative offerings - understand client & country product needs & provide guidance on the approach for delivery via the FlexView
  • Domaine expertise - Support internal stakeholders who want guidance on PM/BI strategy, working closely with Product Management/BTPs to provide ideas/solutions
  • Revenue Targets – Support the Global PM&I team & BU/Countries to achieve overall revenues targets with a specific target focused on the FlexView
  • Reporting Cadence - Assists in preparation of cadence/tracking schedules and summary reports related to the overall progress of FlexView
  • GTM Execution - Become a PM&I SME for both internally and externally clients to secure the country road map and drive revenue streams

Qualifications, experience and skills required

  • 10 years pharmaceutical or healthcare market experience in delivering highly complex solutions with the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse projects
  • Be able to truly understand, document with attention to detail and recommend PM/BI technologies
  • Experience and knowledge of the PM/BI needs of IQVIA and Client users
  • A strong understanding of IQVIA’s information offerings especially Global, National & Sub National data
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills; willingness and ability to work effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • Ability to problem solve issues experienced by our internal users
  • Graduate in a relative degree subject
