Job Overview

• Work with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines

• Work with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Responsibilities

• Build, document and maintain new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions

• Develop and implement solution validation plans

• Ensure quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans

• Build training materials for the implemented solutions

• Train customers on the implemented solutions

• Participate in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements

• Contribute towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base

• Collaborate with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations

• Working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment


Minimum required education and experience

• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements

Required knowledge, skills and abilities

• Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies

• Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Preferred

• Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate

• Strong customer facing and presentation skills Intermediate

• Process documentation skills Intermediate

• Validation documentation and execution skills

• Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills Intermediate
