We strive to make a difference to people’s everyday lives by bringing essential medicines to the market.  </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">At <strong>Labcorp in Mechelen</strong> we are looking for an <strong>temporary Regulatory Associate Logistics</strong> to support our global Quality team for the upcoming months. </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The position requires extensive contact with couriers and internal departments (globally) at Covance. </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">At first, you will be<strong> 20% of your time working on administrative tasks and 80% of your time more physical work on the workfloor, making sure all shipments can take place.</strong> You make sure that all the packages are made and put on the pallets, so they can leave with the couriers. On the administrative side, you take care of the follow-up on the orders and making sure all the data is logged correctly. </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">After some time, the tasks will shift more to an administrative position. </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> Involvement required for the implementation of strategic operational projects under the Manager lead.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Your responsibilities as a <strong>Regulatory Associate Logistics</strong> include: </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage the Request for Approval shipping documents process with CROs/Affiliates and Brokers</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate with external party in order to send out kits supplies within the expected timelines and according to KRD (Kits Receive Date)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Dedicated follow-up on the Approval Request</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain the shipping instructions in REALM</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Review the daily upload file and determine actions to take</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide support for any regulatory question</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Document all process and service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in the analysis phase and lead implementation of global best practices for processes and procedures.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s): Providing timely and precise departmental metrics and KPI’s, internal and external.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Other duties as assigned by Logistics Workflow lead and/or management</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Professional Bachelor or equivalent through experience within logistics or supply chain</span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">2 years of experience in Customer service and/or Logistics</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience in an administrative support position</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">2 years international business experience and a</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">ny further Specialization/Certification within the Supply Chain/Logistics field is seen as an advantage</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) </span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Strong verbal and written skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Attention to detail</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Interpersonal skills : independent worker, confidentiality, flexible attitude, helpful, co-operative, customer friendly, creative, stress-resistant, problem solving and pro-active</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Fluency in Dutch and English, any other language is a plus! </span></li></ul>
