We are currently looking for interns to join our Technology team that provides pharmaceutical industry with a wide range of Technology Solutions including Business Intelligence, CRM Application, Marketing Automation Platform, Social Media Analytics, Trade Optimization Planner etc.

As an intern, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Helping clients defining the best Customer Experience, proposing our CRM platform (Orchestrated Customer Engagement OCE)
• Gathering business requirements from clients and translating them into accurately defined system requirements
• Mapping business processes and functionalities
• Support the execution of presentations and analysis and proposals for clients

Desired Skills & Experience

• MSc degree preferably in Management/Biomedical Engineering, Management or Economics, with strong record of academic achievement and interest in Innovation topic
• Proficiency both in English and Italian
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
• Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
• Strong interest for the technology world and for its applications to Life Science industry
