  Job Summary We are seeking a Electrophysiologist to join our team,  to conduct, nerve conduction velocity assessments within the Safety Pharmacology department located in Senneville, Qc.

 

The following are responsibilities related to Electrophysiologist position:

Conduct laboratory in-vivo nerve conduction velocity assessments in animals.

Involved in the analysis and reporting of nerve conduction results.

May contribute to preparation or review of study plans, preparation of reports and SOPs

Assist in the preparation of data for interim reports/updates to the sponsor. 

Participation in validation, training, and research & development activities within the department

May interact with sponsors, when requested. May be called upon to exchange with sponsor 

Assist in compilation of the historical control data and various other publications. 

 

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Electrophysiologist position:

 

Possesses a BSc, MSc or PhD. or equivalent in neuroscience, veterinary medicine, nursing, or related discipline. 

Prior experience in nerve conduction velocity assessments preferred.

Familiarity with GLP regulation guidelines and SOPs is an asset, as they apply to regulated research

Has good interpersonal skills and is also able to communicate in English (verbal and written)

Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Adherence to deadlines and good time management ability
