IT Business Analyst II

<div>Job Description</div><div><div><div><div></div><div><p>Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes.</p><p></p><p>Reviews, Analyzes and Evaluates user needs to create system solutions that supports over all business strategies. Responsible for producing business/system requirement - which includes Use Cases, User Stories, Functional and Non Functional Specifications, and collaborate with User Experience Group for User Interface Design Specifications - for the large projects. Document Business/System Requirements. Defines scope and objectives and create system specifications that drives system development and implementation. Be part of a scrum team and participate in daily standups, lead grooming sessions, author user stories, features, Specifications, provide feedback in retrospectives. Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identifying and analyzing root causes. Be engaged throughout the whole project life cycle, from Inception through post-Install Transition. Serve as a product specialist for Client Service Managers and Support teams. Provide demo of implemented functionality to internal/external parties.</p><p></p><p>Required skills: Total 5 to 7 years of experience with minimal 4 year experience in Client Management and Business/System Analysis Role.</p><p>CBAP certification</p><p>At least 3 year of experience in HealthCare or Pharmaceutical (CRO) industry.</p><p>Experience in working in Agile teams with having a knowledge of agile tools like JIRA and Target Process.</p><p>Deadline driven, team player, with strong customer focus. Multi Tasking and Client Management Skills.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to express thoughts and ideas to stakeholders.</p><p>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with experience using Excel for data analysis</p><p>Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.</p><p>Backlog management skills and understanding product engineering mindset.</p><p>Manage and mentor junior business analysts</p><p>Exposure of project deliverables in an agile environment, implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery mind-set.
