Senior Client Services Analyst, Analyst Services.  Global Market Insights

The Analyst Service team is a dynamic, fast-growing area of the Global Market Insights business.  We work with a large number of clients, Large, mid-size and small to deliver insightful value-add projects, leveraging our Global Market insights offerings. The team posted double-digit growth in 2016.   

Responsible for managing pharmaceutical research and analytics based projects, and ensuring on-time delivery of Adhoc service based client projects. Works alongside a cross-functional team (multi-location/multi-lingual) to achieve project delivery success. Works closely with the Sales teams to put together proposals and lead the engagement with the client.

  • Design, development and delivery of service projects based on IQVIA™ Global Market Insights (GMI) portfolio
  • Proposes and delivers effective solutions to meet client requirements
  • Performs qualitative/quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and develop client specific solutions
  • Provides follow-up with internal and/or external client to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of broader IQVIA™  portfolio and trends for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences market
  • Develops specific subject matter expertise required in executing service projects or functional areas for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry
  • Works closely with the Engagement Managers to ensure proposal requests are allocated in timely manner

  • Bachelor’s degree with related experience in consulting or services delivery, in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry
  • Solid project management, client influencing and relationship building skills
  • Market research and/or forecasting demonstrated experience, in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
  • Good understanding of IQVIA™ assets with knowledge of Global Market Insights core offerings

           

  • Knowledge of time series analysis and statistical modelling
  • Technical architecture / design or development experience desired
  • Experience working with cross functional and multi-geographical teams.
