• Perform reviews of pricing and proposal documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and competitiveness

• Review and approve contract agreements (Start-Up Agreements, Work Orders, Orders, Change Orders, etc) following established workflows and guidelines.

• Provide line management responsibilities for P&C staff, including but not limited to: assist with workload assignments, maintain metrics of ongoing deliverables/staff, assist with the development of departmental procedures, process improvements and goals and objectives.

• Support initiatives of department to include recruitment, hiring, training and development of staff; and auditing of performanceQualifications· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work with and relate to client contacts at all levels

· Excellent negotiation skills

· Ability to lead internal strategy meetings

· Ability to lead large complex, strategic opportunities

· Ability to plan, organize, drive and optimize the workflow operations within the P&C team

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in pre-sales/contracts/proposals profession

· Minimum 1 year of management experience

· Comprehensive knowledge of proposal development, pricing and budget generation and contract management
