Role

 Associate Project Manager - Manage delivery of eCOA projects to internal and external clients                                                                 

Responsibility 

 Assist the Lead or Senior Project Manager in the day to day running of project implementation. May have responsibility for overall management of small to medium internal or external eCOA projects. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects, this to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope. Establish strong customer relationships and seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships . Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the client and project team . Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and propose solutions. Ensure the project team adheres to high quality service and all applicable corporate and client policies and standards. Work in close collaboration with the internal or external project stakeholders to achieve the study goals. Assists with determination of project requirements.  Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, quality and deliverables for the full project life cycle.  Provide technical guidance for the development, design, and systems integration for customer engagements.  Provide regular updates and reports to project team and sponsor. Manage and monitor translation tasks.  Manage and monitor logistical tasks. Support helpdesk in the resolution of complex issues. Prepare regular meetings, status reports, and meeting minutes for their assigned projects. Identifies opportunities for improving and streamlining projects. Contribute to the Lessons Learned process throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project team members across multiple locations and time zones.

International Travel required as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent  
  • A thorough understanding of Project Management principles - PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Experience/understanding of the clinical research environment and GCP principles
  • Open, transparent and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Excellent in planning, organizing and monitoring
  • Attention to details and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Able to communicate and deal effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Confident and comfortable with public speaking in front of diversified and/or large audiences
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and clinical technologies (EDC, eCOA, IWRS etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK without Visa sponsorship
