Our PPA Project Delivery team directs, coordinates and manages the technical and operational aspects of projects, securing the successful completion of various study types. Summarized Purpose: Provides strategic direction, leadership and management across multiple areas to direct the delivery of projects/programs within cost, time and quality requirements. Works globally with other groups to develop new business and to deliver existing business. Responsible for achieving overall financial goals (sales/repeat business, revenue and profitability). Works with leadership in all functional areas on the continuous development/improvement of business processes to support cross functional teams and to ensure that work is uniform, complete and managed appropriately. Develops and drives the specific and overall PPA areastrategies to ensure optimum performance and achievement of annual plans and targets. Has responsibility for instigating and leading change initiatives as appropriateand works with peers across the enterprise.

Essential Functions: Focused development of various niche areas including but not limited to: Decentralized (DCT) and digital execution strategies for non-interventional studies Digital therapeutics Technologically complex non-interventional studies Provides operational oversight and strategic direction to ensure an innovative delivery model where appropriate. Provides consultation, direction, and leadership to team to ensure operational excellence, consistency, quality, innovation and learning across NIS and PPAS as appropriate. Identifies and collaborates with key stakeholders across the enterprise to develop differentiating, innovative solutions. Ensures the timely execution ofstudieswith a focus on quality deliverables and profitability. Participates in hand-off meetings and kick-off meetings to identify potential risks and work with the project team to develop and communicate contingency plans specific to study innovation. Ensures project risks and potential contingencies impacting time/quality/cost of deliverables are discussed with Senior Management through appropriate escalation pathways. Reviews and assesses project profitability through the identification of "out of scope" activity in a timely manner and supporting follow through on all aspects of contract modification. May serve as the internal and external customers' "Executive" contact person for relevant innovation issues. For relevant innovation activities, identifies unusual or significant problems encountered during the course of a study and proposes strategies for preventing or correcting significant problems. Assists in business development activities to obtain additional contracts by writing and reviewing proposals, making presentations to potential clients and representing the location/division at appropriate professional meetings and conferences. Fosters client relationships and supervise strategic sell initiative of the division. Develops and executes relevantgo-to-market strategyfor the business. Provide strategic direction to staff through line management of a team of Directors, Associate Directors and project management of Project Management as appropriate. Effectively recruits, inducts and retains staff. Provides ongoing coaching and feedback including formal performance appraisals, development plans and career coaching. Ensures appropriate allocation of rewards in the form of salary, bonus, and other compensation programs available within PPD.
