Contract and Proposal Associate Manager

Job Overview:

Prepare the technical and commercial proposals that present technologically compelling and economically viable propositions to customer, by engaging with internal and external stakeholders as needed, and following the designated processes and RACI matrix to efficiently produce accurate and timely responses.

Essential Functions:

· Facilitate pre-sales discoveries  
· Analyze customers' functional and technical requirements in the RFP, RFQ, RFI
· Implement the Business Model Strategy as decided by the Business Development and Sales Leadership - whether bidding through Partner or Directly  
· Pre-qualify the bids and arrange for Go/No Go from Head of Sales 
· Assess the fitment of customers' solution/ technology needs by mapping to the IQVIA PPG solutions/ technology;
· Create the Bid Plan and coordinate/ follow up with internal stakeholders from IT Solutions, Infra, PMO, Change Management teams for solution & technical design and project implementation plan
· Work with third-party vendors, through Contracts and Procurement as needed, to incorporate their solutions and technology into the overall solution design
· Carry out the Costing and Pricing for the proposals as per company guidelines
· Collate the risks related from the perspective of solution design, implementation methodology,  contractual and legal terms, and financial T&Cs and present to the Executive Management  (as per level of authority) for Bid/ No Bid
· Track the progress of the Opportunity and escalate to Senior Management as required  
· Support in the delivery of presentations, demos and delivery of Proofs of Concept (PoCs);
· Work together with the Sales, IT Solutions and PMO for Negotiations and Contracting including Sub-contracting
· Hand over to PMO upon awardation

Skills and Experience:

· 7+ years of overall experience with a healthcare organization and/ or IT software company and last 2-3 years in proposal management
· Experience in Healthcare sector (providers and payers) is preferred
· Competent in enterprise-grade applications, information and technology with track record of working on projects
· Demonstrated ability to operate at a consistently high level in isolation and as a team player
· Strong written, oral and communication skills with attention to detail and present technical, financial material in structured manner;
· Ability to work with numbers and business acumen is a plus;

Qualifications
• Graduate in Information Technology and/or Health Sciences and/or Business administration
