1.Deliver country/functional accounting services, manage accounting and reporting process effectively, prepare month end closes and corporate reconciliation schedules, prepare any tax calculations, declarations and annual statutory accounts. 2.Act as contact person for external audits. Ensure that all financial and accounting records are thoroughly maintained in preparation for independent audits. 3.Supervise all accounting processes. 4.Establish reasonable internal controls and maintain adequate and current documentation of the systems of internal control. 5.Enure that all processes and decisions are in line with IQVIA SOP's and local legal/statutory requirements.  6.Where applicable, act as contact person with tax consultants and tax authorities. 7.Where applicable, ensure appropriate communication with all business partners and support business partners in financial decisions, if required. 8.Review the financial systems, process and procedures on an ongoing basis for further development of efficiencies. 9.Manage timely completion of detailed account reconciliation and follow-up/resolve open items for specified tasks. 10.Maintain a solid working knowledge of technical accounting skills. 11.Participate in or manage Finance related projects as needed. 12.Perform other duties as assigned,
