The Role: Supervisor, Financial Business Partnering- Remote is an option

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Supervisor, Financial Business Partnering, manages the client relationship and requirements throughout the proposal and contract process. The Supervisor, Financial Business Partnering will develop strategies, key distinguishing factors and value propositions, ensuring that they are effectively integrated and communicated. The Supervisor, Financial Business Partnering will develop and maintain an expert level understanding of ICON's proposal development systems and processes and will effectively manipulate default-bidding templates to accomplish high quality, on time deliverables.

ResponsibilitiesManages proposal development process to prepare quality, timely proposals for strategic programs or high profile clients that support business and financial objectives in conjunction with client relationships and objectives.Collaborate with pricing stakeholder teams to determine appropriate bill rates used for respective roles, and work with the executive team to obtain necessary approvals.Serves as a mentor for proposal analyst team, including promoting best practices and overall quality.Leads financial strategy planning to maintain pricing rules and discounts and produce commercial and contractual terms, ensuring standardization across proposals for a client both in costing, strategic, and operational approaches.Provides support in the implementation of quality initiatives and processes.Maintain RFP repository of submitted RFP's and win/loss analysisPrepare presentations for reviews and other purposes using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values, which center on our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.

QualificationsUndergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.Advanced degree preferred.5+ years CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech experience; 2+ years in proposal role.Read, write and speak English; fluent in host country language required.
