The HR, Compliance Coordinator (Associate HR Project Analyst) is a role that operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing projects and programs whose outcomes have significance to the successful functioning of Parexel.

The Coordinator will manage a suite of compliance programs and activities (vaccination verification, client reporting, testing, etc) to ensure that Parexel meets government and customer requirements related to COVID vaccinations and other COVID-related health and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities include: Manages the collection and analysis of employee COVID vaccination and testing recordsDistributes vaccination statuses and test results to pre-approved managers and teams within Parexel Ensures compliance with data privacy and data storage requirements for all COVID vaccination and test record dataCoordinates the management of client requirements related to COVID vaccinations and testing, including serving as a liaison between client leads and business delivery leaders Respond to employee and manager inquiries about COVID-19 practices and policies, including policies related to work restrictions, sick leave usage, and vaccine requirementsManages government mandated COVID case reporting requirements Under the guidance of HR and LRM leaders, ensures that Parexel maintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in the area of COVID health and safety (including vaccinations)QualificationsBachelor's degree required 1-3 years of experience in HR shared services, HR administration, or a specialized HR role preferred Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS ExcelEmployment is contingent on disclosure of your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if relevant, proof of vaccination.EEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status, which in the US includes race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
