Parexel Access Consulting are now looking for a Pricing and Access Consultant!

We are looking for someone who has strong technical skills, particularly related to publications and value communications. In this role you will ensure the timely performance of work within a project scope to the quality expectations of Parexel Pricing & Market Access Consulting and the client. When serving as a Project Technical Lead, a Consultant assures the work of the entire team is delivered on time and that it meets client and Parexel Pricing & Market Access Consulting quality expectations

• Typically works within a team environment but may work independently delivering services within their technical area of expertise.

• Works within broad project guidelines but liaises closely with more senior colleagues to discuss issues and resolve conflicts.

• Demonstrates ability to prioritize work and define steps needed to achieve specified project outcomes.

• Capitalizes on opportunities to improve one’s own performance and may provide suggestions for improving project efficiencies and results to the project technical lead.

• Seeks out information from previous projects, other client work or from colleagues to complete assigned project activities.

• Produces quality work that meets the expectations of project Team Lead and the client.

• Will manage projects associated with Access publications

• Will interact with the assigned Project Financial Analyst (PFA) to ensure accurate financial management and for general project support.

• Project management knowledge.

QualificationsSkills and Experience required for the role:

• 3+ years Pricing & Market Access experience, preferably in a consulting environment.

• 1+ years project management experience in pricing & market access and/or HTA and Literature review projects with the ability to control projects from proposal through to delivery with successful client outcomes.

• Experience in managing large written communication-based projects such as GVD’s including a high degree of understanding of the factors that impact on successful completion of such large written market access communication projects.

• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical market.

• A strong track-record of timely and high-quality project delivery, with demonstrable experience in producing client-ready deliverables that clearly show an understanding of client requirements.

• Proven client-facing skills and exceptional communication skills (including presentation skills).

• Experience with publications and value communications writing essential.

• Good time management skills, including the ability to manage own time and others time to work to deadlines and the ability to manage multiple work-streams and lines of communication simultaneously.

• Self-motivation, ambition, and flexibility with an ability to cope under pressure / with competing demands.

• Fluent verbal and written English, with a high degree of written accuracy and attention to detail.
