This is an an exciting opportunity to join ICONs growing Home Health and Decentralised Trial Division, Symphony Clinical Research. This is a key role in providing strategic input and operational feasibility review to proposals in response to client and internal requests.

Job Description SummaryThe Senior Manager, Project Operations (Client Support) serves as a client-facing and internal resource related to home health capabilities, presentations, and operations. Leveraging their operational knowledge and consultative abilities, the primary responsibility of this role is to engage with clients and internal stakeholders to describe and assess opportunities for conducting home health support within clinical trial protocols. Essential Duties  Provide strategic input and operational feasibility review to proposals (RFls & RFPs) in response to client and internal requests.  Collaborate with Business Development team members to seek understanding of client characteristics such as technical expertise, cost constraints and operational need.  Provide home health input to proposal budgets and text via participation in strategic teleconferences or direct correspondence.  May review budget assumptions and drivers to ensure operational feasibility.  Advise and provide input into the global pricing algorithms - review and analysis of departmental hours by task to improve budgeting strategies, if requested.  Interface with Senior Management, as well as other departmental heads, regarding strategic operational planning while meeting client and internal business requirements.  Advise internal ICON leadership on emerging trends and client requests to facilitate departmental service growth and offerings.  Assist with continuous departmental process improvements and participate in special projects periodically assigned, in addition to day-to-day duties.  Generate, manage, & communicate reports and metrics, as may be required.  Develop and improve training and educational materials for inter and intra departmental use, if requested.  Represent ICON effectively and professionally in project calls, webinars, teleconferences and meetings.  Comply with ICON administrative, training and human resources policies.  Recognize, exemplify, and adhere to ICON's values, which center on our commitment to People, Clients, and Performance.  Ability and willingness to travel at least 10% of the time (international & domestic: fly and drive).

Education and Experience  Bachelor's Degree (preferably in life sciences or healthcare) or 10 years' industry experience  Minimum 4 years home health experience or related experience required  Experience presenting to pharmaceutical clients  Knowledge of clinical trial terminology and practices highly desirable  Awareness with ICH/GCP, IATA, HIPAA and other appropriate regulations, policies and procedures  Understanding and awareness of medical, country, and regional requirements for supporting clinical trial processes within the home setting desire
