Job Overview
Strategy & Product Development
•    Lead definition of Commercial Technology solution strategies that cross-cut 6 commercial solution CoEs, including oversight of technology offering portfolio rationalization, offering positioning, and value proposition design  
•    Integrate Commercial Technology offerings to construct compelling client value propositions that tie together commercial technology, consulting, services, and information offerings
•    Provide ongoing support as contributor to various strategic initiatives
•    Lead various M&A activities, due diligence, and proactive identification and pursuit of acquisition candidate targets
•    Ensure US product investments are rationalized and supported by RBU or GBU with clear ownership, investment case, financial targets, and process to assess performance against plan

Operations 
•    Optimize Commercial Technology Solutions business model through coordination and integration of offering development and GTM across 6 commercial solutions CoEs and related US technology offerings
•    Serve as RBU Lead Interface for GBU Technology development to ensure RBU needs are reflected in GBU development activities and formally endorsed and memorialized
•    Lead RBU production of integrated product roadmap and communicate across RBU LT and impacted teams to ensure product management governance process is implemented
•    Link key GTM implications, including (1) campaign definition, execution, and awareness; (2) required marketing input; and (3) communicating implications across buying categories
•    Support sales operations needs and GTM enablement, that may include collaboration with RBU, GBU, and Corporate Marketing to ensure appropriate marketing mix, market messaging, and campaigns to drive sales

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• Master's Degree  Pref

• In depth and long standing relationships with IQVIA commercial stakeholders, client companies or technology providers/partners, especially at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in one practice area, yet has demonstrated capabilities across multiple practice areas.
• Experience leading cross functional and geographically spread teams in delivering commercial technology services projects of significant size and scope.
• Proven business development skills.
• Has broad knowledge of the industry.
• In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and IQVIA core offerings.
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to functional area.
• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and professional/trade associations key people and companies.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning and change management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Values people’s opinions and encourages knowledge sharing.
• High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm.
• Able to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities.
• Ability to profitably price engagements.
• Has strong client relationship and influencing skills.
