Talent Acquisition Advisor

Parexel has a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our talented, tenured recruiting team. A strategic, driven recruiter is needed to manage recruitment and act as a Talent Advisor to managers. The selected candidate will develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to hire top talent in a highly competitive talent market. This role is heavily focused on robust passive recruiting and driving marketing to prospective candidates.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Full life-cycle recruitment for positions in the U.S.

- Provide hiring managers with competency based selection recommendations

- Manage candidates through the interview process, gather feedback

- Collaborate with SBU assigned HR representatives throughout the selection process

- Manage offers, check references

- Develop recruitment strategies that include direct sourcing, recruitment advertising, social networking, research, corporate alumni, and employee referral programs

- Produce bi-weekly recruitment activity reports for hiring managers

- Resolve all recruitment challenges through professional consultation and market knowledgeQualificationsQualified candidates will possess:

Several years of full life-cycle recruitment of management and executive positions.

Must be hands-on, creative, driven, and detail-oriented.

Must be willing to be held accountable to individual goals and function as part or a multi-national recruitment team.
