Develop and implement independently human resources solutions in support of business objectives, strategic goals, and human resource initiatives for the designated business unit. Perform duties associated with human resources areas such as employee onboarding, employee relations, employee retention, and local/regional Human Resource Business Partners. Act as a human resources consultant to counsel and coach employees and managers on different/wide range of topics:

Organizational Effectiveness: Analyze human resources data for business area at the country level to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement Draw inferences that represent the designated unit's QDIP report Talent Development: Identify talent development needs within business area and work with Global Human Resources Business Partner and Training Business Partner to ensure availability of employee development which is aligned to functional and organizational objectives Seamless execution of a full range of duties aligned to development of employees to ensure their performance meets and/or exceeds both business and personal goals/objectives, i.e., coaching and mentoring, onboarding, performance management, and HR service delivery Project & Program Management: Support implementation for any SBU/Function related initiatives within business area, at the country/regional level Work within and deliver to agreed Human Resources Service Level Agreements for business area Support of global human resources processes for designated client group, e.g., salary planning, performance management, etc. Initiate and contribute to country/regional level projects or process improvement initiatives Act as SME for specific global processes, systems and for specific local areas within the team Deliver human resources programs and process training Coaching: Advise and coach professionally on various local laws and regulations. Management coaching for middle management. Mentor Human Resources colleagues Employee Relations: Act as a partner by recommending appropriate solutions to business managers for any employee relations queries Meet with local line management groups to maintain business relations and understand employee pulse Communicate changes/development in operational human resources policy and procedures within business area Drive local compliance with laws and regulations Develop professional human resources expertise, apply company policies for a variety of employee related issues At Parexel, we believe that diversity strengthens our teams and strive in our recruitment process to create an environment where people from every background can collaborate and prosper and be themselves.QualificationsEssential Experience and Qualifications Required:-

Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree - related Human Resources/ Social Sciences qualification.Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources.
