The EMEA Talent Acquisition team is responsible for managing high caliber recruitment across the EMEA Regional Business Unit. You will join a high-performing, diverse, and close team of Sr. Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Managers spread across multiple locations in Europe and Middle East.
We are currently looking for a client oriented, dynamic and trulypassionateTalent Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive recruitment in assigned business areas/departments in Switzerland.
The TA Manager will recruit at various levels professionals with skill sets that fall within (but not limited to) Consulting & Services, Real World Solutions, Technology, Sales and Support Functions.
Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders in assigned business areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levels
Develop a direct sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Creating engaging recruitment campaigns across various internal and external channels including Workday, LinkedIn, Yello CRM, and key job boards
Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, providing support and delivering a superior experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates progressing through the hiring process.
Handle expectation-management and negotiation with candidates, providing recommendations to the Hiring Manager and HR on offers
Deploy the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at a local level in line with global guidelines in order to increase brand awareness in the local job market and position IQVIA as an employer of choice
Work internally with other Talent Acquisition team members to share knowledge, best practices and resources
Suggest process improvement initiatives to streamline hiring process
Provide training to hiring managers on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required
May act as a Buddy to new joiners
Keep abreast of market trends in the assigned geography that may impact on the company’s ability to attract talents and work with the business to provide solutions
Keep up to date of the new digital trends and available solutions in recruitment space
Contribute to both regional and global talent acquisition projects as required
Requirements
Strong hands-on recruitment experience (6+ years), whether in agency or in-house, that includes supporting global fast-paced organizations (preferably B2B) with the talent acquisition of mid-senior professional profiles.
Experience of Technology and/or Consulting recruiting is highly desirable
Significant direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills - additional language skills would be a significant advantage
Experience using Applicant Tracking/recruitment CRM Systems (e.g. Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors) is essential
Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize activities
Experience of working to a range of recruitment related KPIs
Good presentation skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective remote working relationships with TA colleagues and management
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
