Purpose:

Provides administrative support

Essential Functions
• Responsible for supporting the creation of the Integrated Solutions Team (IST) proposal development / presentation and program execution toolkits for launch to the US regional business unit; includes-

oLearning the IST’s best practices, including proposal development, presentation standards, and delivery stewardship as part of large cross-functional program execution

oEvaluating and making recommendations on potential enhancements to the current best practices

oBrainstorming with the IST community on toolkits sourced from the IST best practices that would most benefit the organization and assigned priority

oDefining and developing best practice toolkits in priority order, incorporating feedback and content from IST senior leadership

oBrainstorming with the IST community on training modules per toolkit mapped to identified personas across the organization

oDeveloping training modules per toolkit and persona aligned to the vision and requirements of IST senior leadership

• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree, minimum

• Effective problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to function in a corporate environment

• Strong teamwork / collaboration skills

• Strong organizational skills, bringing structure to an unstructured workstream
• Prior job experience closely aligned to the functions outlined above

• Proficiency using PowerPoint
