Job Purpose:

Develop and implement independently HR solutions in support of business objectives, strategic goals, and human resource initiatives for the designated business unit. Perform duties associated with HR areas such as Employee Onboarding, Employee Relations, Employee Retention, and HR Operations. Be an HR consultant to counsel and coach employees and managers on different/wide range of topics.
