Solutions Design FSP Internship (Spring 2021)

This opportunity is part time, starting in Jan.2021.

This role is ideal for current college students. This position will provide exposure to and obtain hands-on experience working with a group of global and experienced business professionals, potential customers, and other professionals within our organization. As our intern you will work with the Solutions Design team within IQVIA’s Functional Service Provider (FSP) group, providing a range of flexible service solutions for our clients.                                                                               

Your typical responsibilities and opportunities might include:

• Assisting with efforts during the design and documentation of our FSP solutions by improving current repository, processes and readily available content
• Support coordination of internal discussions with key stakeholders to build the right FSP solutions
• Support updates of solutions design materials and communications
• Work with internal stakeholders and the FSP solutions design team to answer client opportunities, by developing new materials including case studies
• Support with market research analysis activities that provide information to support the business needs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program – preferably focused in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Project Management
• Experience with Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Analytical/problem solving skills
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
• Able to self-direct and very collaborative
