Reports to the Nordic Finance Director with location in the Mölndal IQVIA office. 

We serve the Nordic business where this position’s main focus is to provide financial analysis, ensure accurate and robust reporting and insight in order to meet corporate and operational requirements. High focus is on the monthly forecasting process and budgets.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of Nordics monthly forecast and annual Revenue and Cost Plan and consolidating information for these processes. Hyperion Planning is used for Forecasting and Budgets.
  • Assist management in preparation of financial reports for operating review meetings, strategic planning review meetings and budget review meetings.
  • Support commercial owners and management with various analyses and project follow up to drive improved financial performance.
  • Liaises closely and builds strong relationships with local and regional finance and operations teams to ensure alignment on internal forecasting requirements. Provides ad-hoc analysis and responds to queries from stakeholders to further provide visibility.
  • Analyses structured financial and operational reports to identify trends, anomalies and focus areas in order to achieve business objectives. Runs ad hoc analysis using Hyperion, SAP, SFDC and other data sources to provide business insights.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytic subject and experience in an analytical role, commercial finance or financial planning and analysis. Must be IT literate, with experience of financial reporting or accounting packages, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Typically requires 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience. Requires advanced knowledge of job area, and broad knowledge of other related job areas, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. 

Additional Requirements:

It is critical that this role quickly builds a strong understanding of the IQVIA offerings, processes and systems. Must be flexible and an effective team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Works well under pressure. Ability to carry out detailed analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to structure and deliver discrete projects to solve specific organizational needs.
