Validation EngineerRequirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years).

Validation EngineerII Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3 years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Competent with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project

· Demonstrates positive attitude, enthusiasm toward work and the ability to work well with others

· Good organization skills and time management skills with the ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities and to manage multiple assignments with challenging/conflicting deadlines

· Ability to learn new computer software with minimum of instruction

· Strong troubleshooting skills needed to analyze software defects and the ability to explain how errors are produced
