Job Overview
Provides strategic thought leadership, enterprise data & analytics strategy, roadmaps, technology, and approaches to the creation and management of Enterprise data platforms for multiple key strategic healthcare payer and provider accounts. Leads multiple client engagements addressing data engineering and analytics including Enterprise Data Hub (EDH), Data Warehouse (DW), Business Intelligence (BI) and advanced analytic technology, focusing on client satisfaction and delivery quality.

Essential Functions
• Leads and grows a practice that supports enterprise data and analytic initiatives at healthcare payers and providers through data strategy, data architecture, data integration, data modeling, BI and analytic technology enablement.
• Responsible for significant and tangible client impact.
• Meets or exceeds revenue and client satisfaction targets at assigned accounts.
• Owns healthcare innovation platform, identifies client opportunities and leads development of new healthcare data and analytic solutions to bring to market.
• Takes lead role in proposal development.
• Executes engagements as Sr. Data Architect and oversees Data Engineering activities for EDH/DW/BI initiatives/programs by applying Healthcare data expertise.
• Advises CXO's on emerging EDH/DW/BI technologies and strategies consistent with clients' business strategies.
• Engages client Architects, Business SMEs, and other stakeholders throughout Solution/Data Architecture and implementation lifecycle and recommend effective solutions aligned with client’s goals & objectives.
• Identifies, prioritizes and implements EDH, DW and/or BI architectural improvements (i.e. developing and recommending alternative DW technical and data management solutions, methodologies, strategies and architectural improvement plans).
• Develops and validates business stakeholders' conceptual data models, including socializing and implementing logical and physical EDL, DW/data mart data models; identifying data sources and metadata (including business rules, definitions, attributes, etc.) to deliver analytic requirements.
• Contributes to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA Healthcare.
• Has responsibility for people/talent development.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 10 years experience in the healthcare industry (payer/provider) and/or healthcare IT consulting
• In depth and long standing relationships with client companies, especially at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in at least one practice area along with knowledge of all other practices.
• Exemplary business development skills.
• Has broad knowledge of the industry.
• In-depth understanding of the IQVIA data assets and the IQVIA core offerings.
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to functional area.
• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and professional/trade associations key people and companies.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning and change management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Values people’s opinions and encourages knowledge sharing.
• High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm.
• Able to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities.
