Job Summary The Sales Enablement Associate Sales Director is a Sales leadership position with the key responsibility of day to day support, mentoring & coaching of a diverse team that drives business enablement functions within the overall commercial team, i.e. Business Development, Sales, Training, Technical Service/Support, Business Analytics & Contract management. This position reports to the Global Sales Director. They will oversee a team and will work collaboratively with various commercial, marketing, and business unit teams to achieve annual sales targets. They will serve as a role model and coach to the sales team in all aspects of the sales process and customer relationship management. This leader will also collaborate with the commercial leadership and marketing colleagues to develop and adjust plans and go to market strategies for the HemaCare product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Leads, supports & coaches a Business Development Executive on the development and implementation of a comprehensive global distribution-partnership strategy that aligns with the financial and strategic objectives of the overall commercial team.

• Leads, supports & coaches a Business Trainer/On-boarding Specialist with the development of a comprehensive commercial team on-boarding & on-going training program that aligns with the company’s training & employee development goals.

• Leads, supports & coaches a Business Analytics Specialist as they work with Commercial (Sales & Marketing) team & Project Management to develop and implement key performance indicators and other metrics to organize and measure business activities related to overall company achievement goals.

• Works collaboratively with Marketing & other Regional ASDs to support overall company revenue goals through development and expansion of commercial enablement activities

• Provide continuous performance-related support & development feedback team.

• Develop & support of robust, real-time distribution channel forecasts.

• Work with Salesforce Administrators and Business Analytics Specialist for SFDC dashboard & adoption metrics.

• Develop & support strategic relationships with KOLs within distribution channels.

• Assists with the hiring, coaching, training, and mentoring of assigned team roles, including corrective actions and development activities.

• Collaborate effectively with partners across the organization to obtain sponsorship and support, resolve issues, and expedite selling. Expand internal networks, contacts, and relationships to drive selling effectiveness across the region.

• Enhance job knowledge by participating in local educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

• Identify, explore, and present business partnership opportunities to senior management that add value to the company product and services offering. Job Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a scientific discipline; MS, MBA or Ph.D. preferred.

• 8+ years of experience within life sciences or related field.

• Experience selling to and building relationships with various customers within academic, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical organizations.

• Experience managing complex projects with representation from multiple stakeholder groups.

• Experience in managing sales or commercial personnel.

• Familiar with human primary cells, stem cells, life science research, drug screen, toxicity test, cell-based assay, hematology, or flow cytometry.

• Proficient use of SalesForce or other CRM software.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
