We now have a super Remote opportunity for a Site Support Supervisor within Icon. This position is within the Site and Patient Recruitment team with the following responsibilities:Develop and lead a team of technical experts responsible for development of electronic questionnaires and surveys to ensure an efficient and timely site contact, selection and qualification process associated with Proposal Feasibility and Site Selection.To act as an expert resource to the Global Feasibility/Site Selection & Site Service Group and to internal and external clients, as required.Build investigator rankings, metrics and key data points that aid the site selection team in identifying the right sites for studies and ensure appropriate documentation in ICON's systems.To proactively grow investigator numbers in defined Therapeutic Areas/ Specialities and regions and ensure compliance with ICON's investigator database, ensuring that high data quality is maintained for new and existing investigators.Manage the generation and databasing of information related to ICON investigators and surveys to support Feasibility/Site Selection, Proposals and RFIs.Act as a data steward for investigators and institutions globally to maintain high levels of quality within the investigator database and across ICON systems.
