Operations Manager, Commercial Compliance

In this role, you will be an integral member of the CCOE operations team, during a very critical time within the business unit. Working with various teams, you will be responsible for metrics and reporting within one of our most important revenue streams. This high-profile position will have input into processes and procedures, with the ability to implement change. It also has a lot of exposure to the CCOE leadership team, as well as within greater Tech Solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Commercial Compliance team

• Create KPI reports and analyze data to drive business forward

• Build effective relationships with senior management across CCOE departments 

• Work with the Director of Strategic Operations to identify of strategic initiatives through analysis of CCOE KPIs and department head feedback

• Lead priority initiatives from inception to completion, including but not limited to:

      -Preparation of initiative projects including key communications
      -Coordination and facilitation of formal event (Lean/Improvement), as applicable
      -Continued project management and oversight through execution of initiative plan 
      -Direct ownership in the creation of key materials and processes improvements
      -Post initiative tracking and monitoring to ensure successful results

• Maintain accountability for specific cost / revenue improvement targets 

• Assist senior leadership in continued maturity and internal process improvement of the Strategic operations team 

• Manage day-to-day operational activities of Tech Solutions organization

      -Maintain enterprise level systems for Tech Solutions team, including PSA and knowledge management
      -Oversee Operational Reporting for pillar leads and support organizations
      -Act as PSA owner for Tech Solutions, including Functional Role alignment, Product resource assignment, new project creation 
      -Maintain Product Hierarchy, specifically for new product creation
      -Act as PMO in ad hoc operational initiatives across Tech Solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5-7 years experience in an operations role

• Minimum of two years of experience managing others

• Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (or similar tools)

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

• Ability to identify and solve problems autonomously

• Ability to think both strategically and tactically to accomplish a variety of tasks

• Ability to work both independently and in group environments

• Experience within the Life Sciences industry is highly desired
