Job Summary Summary Provide site service support to business users in Asia Pacific, including Singapore, China, Australia and Korea Ensure IT performance issues are addressed efficiently to meet service level agreements Users' single point of contact for all IT service delivery issues, including onboarding support for newcomers Resolve routine issues with the desktop computing hardware and software environment

Roles & Responsibilities Set up, deliver and install laptops and related hardware, installation of software and hardware upgrades and disposition of old equipment Basic troubleshooting of laboratory software to ensure minimal business disruptions Coordination with various stakeholders to support resolution of laboratory software and network issues Check and ensure appropriate permissions and access granted to users Follow through to ensure resolution in situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or fix problem equipment or software installation Produce and maintain technical information, IT standards, service policies and request forms both online and in print formats to contribute to a managed workplace Job Qualifications

Requirements Qualification in IT, Computing Science or related discipline Min 2 years' experience in technical support A+, Network+, MOS and/or MCP certifications a plus Ability to plan and organize work schedules and coordinate schedules to meet work priorities and service levels Knowledge and experience in various LAN technologies such as TCP/IP, Fast Ethernet, Hubs, Switches and routers Good interpersonal skills  Ability to work in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin is a must in order to support the multiple geographies
