 EinkäuferIn / Buyer (m/w/d) Unterstütze uns bei: der Unterstützung aller deutschen Standorte und Abteilungen beim Einkauf von Waren und Dienstleistungen, einschließlich ausgelagerter wissenschaftlicher Arbeiten gemäß den internen Kundenanforderungen GLP, GXP und GMP.  der Koordination von just in time Lieferungen/Dienstleistungen, sodass die benötigten Waren in der richtigen Qualität, von zugelassenen Lieferanten/Dienstleistern, in der richtigen Mengen, zur Verwendung im Lager verfügbar sind, unter Berücksichtigung des besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis  dem Aufbau und der Pflege von Kontakten zu Lieferanten im In- und Ausland der Verwaltung des Lieferantenmanagements, der Artikelstammdatenpflege, der Auftragserteilung und Rechnungskontierung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse in Bezug auf Qualität, Lieferkette und Serviceleistung der Nachverfolgung und Berichterstattung über Kosteneinsparungen und Leistungsmessungen anhand von Zielen für alle Standorte  der Kommunikation und Information der Abteilungsleiter sowie der Führungsebene aller Standorte bezüglich Beschaffungsstandards und -prozesse

  Überzeugen uns durch: eine erfolgreiche abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Einkauf, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlich.  Deine Erfahrung im Einkauf in einer Organisation mit mehreren Standorten Deine Affinität zu administrativen Finanzprozessen, Aufgaben und Einkaufsprozessen Deine Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von administrativen Aufgaben und Problemen des gesamten Beschaffungsprozesses  Deine ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office, Kenntnisse eines ERP-Software-Systems (vorzugsweise SAP) eine ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz und erste Einblicke in die Vertragsgestaltung Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache Deine Teamfähigkeit
