Print Production Associate, Studio & Meeting Services

Parexel’s Medical Communications group has an excellent opportunity for a Production Associate to join their global Creative Service’s Studio team. The Production Associate will support the overall day-to-day operations of the Studio’s Print function to ensure the successful print and delivery of all client deliverables whilst meeting quality standards, on-time and on-budget. The role will also engage with and support other departments, in particular Meeting Services. This role is an opportunity to grow and develop in a well-established Studio.

This role will be based in Romania or in the UK and will be fully home based.

The Studio works on a variety of medical communication deliverables, and printed items will include scientific posters, signage, protocols, and name badges. A resourceful, innovative thinker with a high attention to detail and a flexible approach will be a good fit for this team. As well as overseeing the print orders and all related tasks, you will support Meeting Services with a number of administrative tasks such as invoice processing and making purchase order requests.

QualificationsA good knowledge of the print process and the involved workflow would be an advantage but is not required Strong administrative experience Good communication and teamwork Good organizational skills Calm under pressure Ability to manage multiple tasks with enthusiasm and attention to detail Ability to interact professionally within a client focused organization Sense of urgency and achievement Good understanding and competent in the use of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Fluent English (both written and spoken)
