Parexel has offered Functional Service Provider (FSP) services for more than 20 years, with dedicated resources to clients. Our services include single function or a combination of functions during a committed time period, covering multiple projects, portfolios, or multi-year engagements. They are flexible and look different from one client to the next in terms of staff assignments, oversight responsibility, systems, and processes.

The Vice President, FSP Clinical Operations is a key leadership role within the FSP services team and across the organizational enterprise. This role has impact on the success of a team of leaders that ensure operational delivery toward business targets. The success of our business is derived from the growth and development of these leaders to manage and grow our talent, meet program KPIs, operational delivery, quality, and financial goals. QualificationsSkills: Demonstrates an energetic, 'make it happen' attitude, capable of thriving in a complex matrix environment with an ability to build strong cross functional relationships. Strong understanding of FSP business and awareness of industry trends through active participation in leading industry forums and professional organizations. Ability to see the global view and accountable for driving operational excellence and delivery to drive exceptional client satisfaction. Excellent leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills with teams and all business levels. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Office, communication tools to create presentations for senior management and communication tools to thrive in a matrix organization. Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, understandable, and compelling manner. Accountable for EMEA, LatAm and APAC operational resourcing plan and execution to ensure operational delivery for clients. Knowledge and Experience : Multiple years of experience in a Life Science industry Strong track record of FSP operational performance and managing teams to deliver flawlessly on won business Effective management and leadership of people to attract, develop and retain talent.
