This is a remote role.

The HRIS Administrator will serve as the initial contact to provide overall customer support for employees, managers, and HR to answer inquires and handle a variety of transactions related to HR policies, practices and procedures across multiple knowledge areas from onboarding through off boarding as well as responsible for reviewing workflow requests and inputting organizational and employee personal data information into SuccessFactors. The HRIS Administrator also has responsibility to communicate and interact with other HR colleagues to research and resolve issues that may arise from transaction processing.   

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

•    Enter personnel/employment data into the company's HRIS system. Ensure that data recorded in the system is accurate and timely.

•    Responds and completes transaction processing within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

•    Identifies and submits system defects, process improvement opportunities and assists with system enhancement testing.

•    Flag and seek resolution of data inconsistencies, including missing information and/or information that is out of line with job structure. 

•    Fosters and maintain productive working relationships with HR Business Partners and Functional areas.

•    Conduct validation with reasonable checks and analysis of data received prior to making changes in the system to avoid errors.

•    Create, modify and/or assign new codes, i.e., job codes, department codes, etc. Perform regular audits of data in the HRIS system to identify any inconsistencies. Correct data as needed, or guide others to correct their errors ensuring the corrections are completed.

•    Respond to inquiries from other HR staff related to the entry and/or accuracy of data into the HRIS system.

•    Provide consultative assistance to HR related to the completion of data and general HRIS system navigation.

•    Participate in the implementation of new systems. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications 2 - 4 years of customer service/service center experience required. High level of Customer service skills, knowledge of HR processes, ability to anticipate needs, strong interpersonal skills, work collaboratively, preserve confidentiality, manage change well.  Ability to multi-task with accuracy and speed in a fast paced, high volume work environment.  Experience with employee benefits, payroll accounting and reporting a plus. Must be able to accurately perform high-volume data entry in a complex environment.  Must have ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.  High level of Customer service skills, knowledge of HR processes, ability to anticipate needs, strong interpersonal skills, work collaboratively, preserve confidentiality, manage change well. 

Education: High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree (G.E.D.) or equivalent required.   Associate degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent in related discipline preferred.
