Job Summary We are seeking a Laboratory Technician I to work in our MDX Department located in Wilmington, MA. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs technical laboratory activities in support of client studies or procedures. Records data in compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements. Reconciles customer paperwork with submission documentation to ensure accuracy. Makes detailed observations and maintains documentation of all laboratory work.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or General Education Development (GED). Previous experience in a laboratory or animal science environment. Experience working in a fast paced environment. Must be detail oriented and a multitasker. Works independently, but also a team player. Computer skills (Microsoft Office).

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in biological sciences or related discipline. 2 years of previous related experience in a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Contract Research Organization laboratory environment. Experience with Aseptic techniques.
