Senior IT Site Support Specialist

Parexel is seeking an experienced IT Site Support Specialist. This role provides technical systems support for desktops/laptops and user computing environments. The IT Site Support Specialist contributes to systems and operational projects. Regularly performs workstation Hardware/Software installations, hardware upgrades, maintenance and repairs. Effectively resolves end-user incidents & service requests via the Service Desk process.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide technical consulting to resolve complex technical problems.
• Manage technical operations projects.
• Work with business groups and technical teams to determine technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop training plans and prepare end-user technical documentation.
• Additional projects or tasks as assigned by Management.
